Well it is official, I have a first grader. Robbie is very excited and has loved school so far. He is a much happier kid when he is in school. The other boys have enjoyed Robbie being gone, there is a lot less fighting and they play well together. The only problem is that my house is now too quite and I do have to admit that I miss a little, the day is just so long.
More exciting news for Robbie is that he has finally lost his first tooth. I feel bad though because the tooth fairies were not on top of things, he slept with the tooth under his pillow for two days. He was happy when he finally got his money. A week later his lost another tooth, and mom lost the tooth. Hopefully I can get the hang of this tooth business.

I can't believe you have a 1st grader and are expecting child #4! It seems only yesterday we were sitting in choir with Mr. Waldron!
First tooth, that is big stuf! I am curious - how much does the tooth fairy pay these days?
Wow, I can't wait until mine is in school. Imagine a couple hours with less chaos...I'm sure I will have mixed feelings, too. Hope it's a great school year ahead!
