Loved this picture...

because it is not very often we can get a full on smile from this little lady.

Tan's Zoo Field Trip

Tanner's kindergarten went to the zoo on Monday. Yes, we went in the snow. The weather was awful in the morning and within 5 minutes the kids shoes sock and pants were soaked. Not all of the animals where out so we spent most of our time watching the monkeys. The highlights of the trip were: Tanner got his shoe licked by the giraffe,he thought that was great fun. Then the kids got a kick out of the gorilla pooping then eating it, yes we sat and watched this great event. The boys laughed and laughed. (anyone know why they so this) Then at the end of our trip we got yelled at. Our sweet children who never seem to put a toe out of line did one little thing wrong and one of the zoo people came down on them. Luckily for me, Janice doesn't just sit by and let people dish out undeserved, over reactions. Thank you, Janice!! All in all we had a great time.

night of murder and mystery...

We had a great time at a murder mystery dinner last Saturday. It was fun to see everyone in character. I struggled to keep everything and everyone straight. Rob even enjoyed the night, he wasn't a great actor but neither was I. We had a lot of good laughs! My little sister helped with my hair and outfit, she was a huge helped and I enjoyed her company. Thank you to everybody who made the night so much fun.

Ears

Robbie is having ear problems again. We have been worried about his hearing. He had a ear infection a couple of weeks ago and when we where at the doctors we asked to have his hearing checked. When both ears failed we made the appointment for the ENT.

Yesterday we went to the ENT. He looked in Robbie's ears and immediately confirmed that He has fluid in his ears again. So he had a more extensive hearing test done, which came out fine. The only problem is that he just barely finished a round of antibiotics, so we are not sure if the ears will get better or worse. In July we will check his ears and if there is still fluid then he will more than likely get his third set of tubes. I really wish he would grow out of this already.

Wes's Zoo Field Trip

We had a great time at the zoo for Wes's field trip. Wes had to walk around with Sara. (who he thinks is dang fun) He also had a great time with some of his best boy buddies as well. Dad was even able to come for most of the time. Always fun to go to the zoo, and it's even better when it wears our all the kiddos.

Kathryn Thinks she is so BIG!

She thinks if the boys can do it she can do it. She has started sitting at the counter with the boys for lunch, and loves it. She has been enjoying helping me cook. She has to be where the boys are, outside or downstairs it doesn't matter she just needs to keep up with them.

Mother's day

Mother's Day was wonderful! Rob made an amazing breakfast, I got amazing things from the kiddos, went to a great meeting at church(maybe because I could actually listen), and spent the afternoon with family. I am so grateful for all the mother's in my life. I truly have amazing examples all around me, so thank you to all the women in my life!

15 month stats

Weight: 21 lbs(18%)

Height: 30.71 inches(53%)

Kathryn is long and skinny. She is still a handful but so much fun! She is slowly starting to talk. Her latest words are cookie and up. With an occasional book or blanket thrown in. She is full of energy and still loves to climb on everything. Her favorite spot in the house is climbing, then hanging on for dear life as she looks out the front window. She loves playing with her brothers and will climb down the stairs to find them. They are awesome to hang out with her. She also loves to read books, and is constantly bring them to me to read to her.

Fun Run

The kids had their fun run at school on Wednesday. The boys did great! They both ran 13 laps. I was able to go and watch Tanner's class run and it was fun. The kids saw Leo the lion, listened to very loud music and ended up very tired. Both boys slept very well that night. GOOD JOB
BOYS! Dad owes both boys a treat for running so hard.

Daddy

We are loving having dad home. The kids have had a great time with dad. This weekend they spent time playing and hanging out with Daddy. Me, I like that I can do the dishes with out a baby trying to get in the dishwasher.

Congrats Mom!!

My mom got the teacher of the year for her school this year. We are so glad because she works so hard and deserves it. Saturday night the teachers got tickets to the Real soccer game, then all the teachers where marched out onto the field to be honored. My mom and I decided to have a girls night so we went to eat first then headed to the game. We left almost immediately after she went on the field. It was a down pour and so so cold. I guess you could say that we are wimps, but we got to sit and talk at her house after. Congrats Mom! Thank you for all that you do, I love you!!
