Congrats Rob!!!
Rob passed his CFA Level 1 Test!!! We are so excited, all his hard work and our lack of husband and father paid off. Now we start getting ready for Level 2.
Happy Birthday Rob!!!

Rob turned 28 on Saturday! He wanted to go to Jimmy John's for dinner and then we did a little browsing at Barnes and Noble, and Old Navy. So nice to wander and not have kids to worry about. We or I should say I got some killer deals at Old Navy. You can't beat 1.25 shirts. I enjoyed just being with him and I am happy that I get to grow old with this man. Happy Birthday Babe!Saturday, January 23, 2010
BIRTHDAY PARTY!!
The morning of her birthday she was excited for her crown and wand that she wouldn't leave the store with out. She still tries to put it on and wears it all the time.
Rob had school on Thursday so I took the kids to the aquarium, the boys insisted we doing something special on her birthday. They were so cute with her!
We did a cake just me and the kids!
She loved it and had four pieces until I finally told her she was done. She kept grinning at the boys and letting them know she was having a great time.
Friday night we had a little party with the family. I went for cupcakes for Kathryn's party, much easier with little kids. I really struggled with the cupcake tower but they sure tasted good. We only had 5 cupcakes out of 48 left.Thursday, January 21, 2010
I'm One!!!
Happy 1st Birthday Kathryn!!! Kathryn always makes us smile and is so much fun to have around. She has everyone wrapped around her little finger. She doesn't say a whole lot of words but she sure knows how to yell "mom, da da, and brothers" her brothers is so cute to hear. She does babble a ton. She loves being with her big brothers, and loves Charlie as well. Still not walking, she thinks it is just fun to fall in your arms instead of taking a step or two. She can stand for a minute or two until she realizes what she is doing and then she sits down. I love that she is all girl, she loves clothes, jewelry, dolls and pretty much anything pink. So much fun!!! Happy Birthday!!! We love you

Sick, Sick, Sick!!!
The last couple of days some one has been sick. On Friday, Tanner started us out with a midnight "mom I threw up", it was all over the carpet. He felt better by noon, but I still kept him home from school. Kathryn started feeling yucky and we had to change her clothes three times, luckily it wasn't throw up so it stayed in her clothes for the most part. Then Friday night I started getting sick and and was up most the night. By Saturday afternoon I was feeling better. Westin woke me up at 1am saying he threw up, thankfully he made it to the bathroom. He was up most the night but hasn't thrown up yet today(fingers crossed). Now Rob is starting to get a tummy ache, hopefully he wont be down for long. The good news is it seems to be a short lived virus and most of us are on the mend. Robbie is the only one that hasn't gotten it and I'm hoping it stays that way. We are just going to stay in and watch movies today, no church for us.

St. George

We headed to St. George last weekend with our good friends. The kids fell asleep in the car as
you can see. We stayed at a great condo, Thanks Bryan!
We went to Snow Canyon on Friday. We went hiking.

The boys favorite thing was the caves that we went to. The boys loved using the flashlights to explore. I didn't love them as much, I tend to get a little claustrophobic.

I was actually able to be in a few pictures this trip! My kids will have proof that I went and that I am fun.

We ate a lot. Played lots of games and enjoyed the WII. Kathryn is gettting her back molars so sleeping was a problem. She ended up with us every night and had to be snuggled right up against me so that I didn't sleep much.

Saturday we got lost trying to find the gypsum mine, I don't think I wrote the directions down correctly. It was an adventure to say the least.
That night we had dinner with Rob's grandma, and then the boys got to spend time with Rob's family who was their dropping Rob's brother off at school. THe boys had a blast!
Sunday we went to red cliffs To do some more hiking. Rob all gave us a great laugh by falling in the stream, getting soaked. He looked like he wet his pants the rest of the day. Love that Rob is always there for a little comic relief. It was a great trip. THANKS BRYAN!!!

Christmas (picture overload)

Christmas morning the boys where up way to early and had to wait for Kathryn to wake up before we let them even look at their presents. We had a great morning, the kids where very excited about their presents. After we opened presents we headed to my mom's for breakfast. We had a great meal and then opened more presents. Then we headed to Rob's mom's to see more family and open more presents. Kathryn slept through all the present opening and only woke up to say goodbye to everyone. After Rob's mom's we headed home to get ready for Rob's dad to come for dinner and open more presents. Needless to say we were all exhausted by the end of the night. It was great to see family and we enjoyed the holidays but I was glad to get my Christmas stuff down and just relax and enjoy my family for a little while before we got busy again.
