Universal Studios

We had a rough start on Saturday as Kathryn had woken up and was sick at about 2 am. She ended up in bed with us and was almost back to normal in the morning. Needless to say no one wanted to get up and go, we where a tad slow and ended up at Universal Studios later than Rob had planned. I will be honest we didn't have the best time as it was so crowded. The boys loved learning about movies and all the special effects. The tram ride was a hit but took forever. The boys liked all the shows that we went and say and the Jurassic park ride. We where all tired and with the big crowds we ended up leaving a little early. The drive back took us almost two hours, the traffic was terrible. When we got back we started getting everything together for the long drive the next morning.

We had a great trip and the kids where great on the long drive home. We stopped at Rob's dad's to help break up the drive and the kids liked being able to stretch their legs and eat dinner with the family. We then headed home and it was great because the girls slept the whole 4 hours home. We had a great time and we are all still trying to get back into the swing of things.
