I had the opportunity to meet my sister is Seattle for a much needed break. We had a great time shopping, eating, playing games, and running the "Hell Run". I also got to get to know my sis's new boyfriend, and I really like him. I had a blast and can't wait until they move down. We are going to need to make it a tradition to run races like this at least ounce a year.
