Kid Update

Last evening we headed to the kids care because Robbie was complaining of a earache. When we got there the Dr. did an exam, yes he has a raging ear infection and then she was worried about his abdominal pain. After during a more extensive exam she wanted us to head to Primary's for a possible appendicitis. When we got to the ER he was still complaining of pain but after getting Tylenol and Motrin, plus numbing drops for his ears he started to improve. They decided to wait on the stomach and wanted a follow up exam with pediatrician. After our appt. today he looks fine but his ear still kills and hopefully after more than 24 hours on antibiotic that will be better as well. It is good to know that he is on the mend. He is just upset that he will have to miss his piano recital tonight. He is napping right now and hopefully he will sleep all day.

As for Tanner we took him with us to Primary's as well hoping that they may have answers that the pediatrician didn't. They know it is not HSP from looking at his labs. His hands and feet where swollen last night along with his eyes. They took more labs last night everything came back normal again. He is a total mystery. At our appt. today the Dr. decided to put him on an antibiotic to help clear out his sinus and all his nose gunk. We are going to wait out the swelling unless he gets different symptoms or it gets even worse. We are hoping that it will just clear up on it's own, and we may never answers.
