Went spent half the day yesterday at the doctors trying to figure out what is going on with this kid. He had the Dr. totally stumped. He got two sets of labs done, he was awesome! All the labs came back normal so we are now in a holding pattern. It will either get worse or better. The doctor will want to see him again on Thursday if he is not getting better, so I think we will have to go back in. his eyes and forehead are still swollen and he looks like a different person. His bruises seem to be on the mend, now if the swelling will go away I would be happy.
We have talked to my mom's friend (pediatrician) who is out of town and he seems to think it is HSP. But the doctor we saw said it wasn't. Who knows at this point. He does have a lot of the symptoms of HSP but not the 100%. The good news is that he is not contagious. I will still keep him home from school for a while due to the fact that he seems to get tired really easy and he looks awful.
As for the other boys Wes was fine and went to school today. Robbie has a cough but is doing much better today so tomorrow he is going back to school. They have all been really good and I love that they are easy when they are sick.
