Karl and Tina came into town this last weekend and we had a great time spending time with them. On Friday they came to our house for movie night. We watch Cowboys and Aliens and the boys loved all the action. As for Kathryn she was quite the handful as she was pretending to be a mermaid and would jump off the couch to swim in the carpet. We had a fun time being with family and visiting after the movie.
Saturday we headed with Grandpa Karl up to the new Natural History Museum. We were very impressed and the kids loved it. The boys wanted to see everything and do all the fun activities. Kathryn's favorite section was one that had tables full of fun activities and things for the kids to look at. She loved looking at butterflies through a magnifying glass. Emme was her sweet self and loved all the attention she got. The boys favorite thing was all the cool dinosaurs, they took a ton of pictures with their ipods. As Wes said he will "never forget this trip because he got tons of pictures". The only problem he wont remember who he went with as he didn't take any pictures of people. I love that my kids love to learn!! We had a great day and enjoyed time spent with Grandpa. Thanks Grandpa!!!
