All the cub scouts boys
Robbie and his leader
Getting ready to pass off their aquanaut badge.
The boys had cub camp on Monday and Tuesday. Tanner had a great time and loved every minute of it. He came home with lots of treasures and filthy feet. I am so glad that he had fun!Robbie went to Weeblos camp and I was able to go with him the first day. The first day was not a whole lot of fun. In the morning the boys had to do a lot of sitting in order to pass off two badges, and lets be honest the scouts working up there don't always make it fun and exciting. After lunch they where able to get in the pool and pass off their aquanaut badge but sadly because of poor management missed out on their free swim time because of to many kids. The boys where very disappointed and to top it off the trading post was bare when they went to spend their money.
Robbie started complaining that his ear hurt. So I sent him to camp again on Tuesday which was more fun only to have him come home with his ear dripping. We got him an appointment hoping they would pull the loss tube out of his ear canal and take care of the problem. The doctor didn't take the tube out and stated that he couldn't really tell it was infected because of all the scare tissue. But he did say that it was inflamed and had a ton of puss and fluid behind the ear drum.. So he is now on a antibiotic and has ear drops. He is finally starting to feel a little better and I hope he keeps improving.
