4th of July

This year the 4th was a very mellow easy day.  We started the morning out by going to the ward breakfast.  They had wonderful food and a little patriotic program.  The kids had a great time running and playing with all of their friends.  The rest of the day was pretty mellow and we really didn't do a whole lot.

Then in the evening we headed to Bill and Kathy's for a barbecue.  We ate lots of yummy food and the kids played a few lawn games.  We then headed home, played in the backyard until it was time to go to fireworks with Nana.

We went to IMC and watched the fire works form the top of the physicians parking lot.  It was a great view and the kids liked going into the ER to see where Nana works.  They also got to see the helicopter land and take off.  It was a great day and I was surprised at how well the little girls did at being up so late.
