After being sick for about two weeks the kids really enjoyed getting out of the house this week. My mom and I took the kids out on Friday for a picnic lunch, short hike and the splash pad. The hike was super hot and we didn't last long, the food was great, and the park was fun. The splash pad water was super cold so the kids didn't spend a whole lot of time in the water but they did have a blast on the playground next to the splash pad. We had a lot of fun and even found cousins to play with.
